Classroom Rules & Regulations
- Knock politely on the classroom door before entering.
- Respect the dignity of fellow students and show understanding and tolerance to each other.
- Co-operate with and respect the authority of prefects and CRs.
- Pay attention through standing, as the teacher enters the class.
- If teacher say Assalam-u-Alaikum, answer the call, otherwise keep quiet.
- Stand to attention while dealing with teachers.
- Say “may I come in Sir!” while entering the class & “may I go out Sir!” while leaving the class.
- Say “may I leave Sir!” while leaving a discussion/meeting or putting an end to a conversation.
- No more than two students are allowed to stand in classroom at once without prior reason.
- Attend and reach for all classes, regularly and on time.
- During lecture students are not allowed to stand in class.
- Leaving class without permission is not allowed.
- Prepare for each class take recommended books and notebooks to class.
- Bring all the necessary textbooks, stationary and equipment to class.
- Carefully record all class work and homework, including deadlines etc, in the student’s planner Homework must be conscientiously completed.
- Class work and homework must be checked. Copying of another students’ work will lead to cancellation of it.
- Defacing text books, note books and files, disorganized notes/files, if found shall be reported to section head.
- Homework notebooks/diaries are compulsory for all grades. These must be accurately maintained and monitored by both students and parents.
- It is necessary to take permission from teacher or CR, while exchanging with other student.
- Change/exchanging of seat is not allowed.
- Disrupting class so that normal teaching and learning cannot take place shall be dealt immediately.
- While leaving class except break, the students must display a class pass.
- Late for class without good reason, not handing in work on time must be dealt immediately.
- The class must be litter free, always use dust bin.
- Dropping litter, or not picking up litter, which are laying in your sitting premises, both are same offences to be dealt with.
- Throwing pen, marker, paper or object is not allowed.
- Take responsibility for their own possessions and belongings, ensuring that where possible, all are clearly marked with their name.
- Point out and mark those students creating excessive noise in the classroom.
- A student who misses an exam, or is absent for 2 days or longer, is required to produce a doctor's or medical certificate.
- In case of missing school, a leave application must be presented to the school duly signed by the parents/guardian/caretaker.
- Bring a note of explanation from a parent/guardian/caretaker to their teacher immediately on return to school or class after every absence.
- Calling out in class, distracting other students are punishable acts.
- Throwing pen, marker, paper or object(s) are not allowed.
- Do not put hands in pockets.
- Students shall not bring spinners, cards, dice or other games of chance, this will lead to punishment.
- Creating excessive noise in the classroom Avoid chewing a gum, it is punishable offence.
- Do not engage in inappropriate verbal, physical conduct directed toward another person, including a school teacher, student.
- Swearing, calling races and discrimination on basis of any disability must be reported to school behavior coordinator.
Assembly Rules & Regulations
- The students must reach the assembly ground 5 minutes before bill.
- Walk in an orderly manner in line on the right hand side on corridors or pathways.
- Dropping litter in ground, or not picking up litter when walking past it, both are same offences to be dealt with.
- Stand to attention during the whole course of assembly.
- Hair in the front must not touch the eyebrows.
- The hair must be fresh even if they are short.
- Students’ hair must, at all times be kept oiled, neat, short and groomed
- Do not apply hair color or dye.
- Side burns must not be extended bellow tragus.
- Always clip your nails.
- Brush teeth regularly.
- Check your personality at least once a day.
- All students must be clean, beard must be oiled, shaven at all times, unless there are medical
- reasons, (stubbles are not allowed).
- Wear neat and clean dress according to codes.
- After assembly the students must use only the designated stairs.
- Give way to teachers, and let them pass through if they want.
School Rules & Regulations
- Show courtesy, even when others do not.
- Behave in a responsible manner, always exercise self-discipline.
- Respect the authority of all staff including teachers, authorities, ministerial and auxiliary staff and address them politely.
- Co-operate with and respect the authority of prefects.
- The only languages for communication are Urdu and English, while that of teaching will remain the same.
- Say Please, Thank-you, sorry and Excuse Me, when or as appropriate.
- Stand to attention while dealing with staff including teachers, authorities and seniors.

- Behave with politeness, holding doors when appropriate and giving way to teachers, ministerial and auxiliary staff and seniors.
- Say Assalam-u-allaikum to each and every teacher, ancillary and auxiliary staff and seniors, guests, class fellows and juniors.
- No one is allowed to shake hands with teachers until and unless the teacher advances their hands to do so.
- While dealing i-e taking/giving off something from/to teachers, ancillary and auxiliary staff and seniors, always advance both hands.
- While discussion with someone, keep a direct eye contact with alteration and stand at least a distance of one meter.
- Sharing a table, desk, or a dice with a teacher is strictly prohibited.
- Pick/put the thing you lost/found in the “lost found box”.
- Walk in an orderly manner on the right hand side on corridors or pathways.
- While walking on corridors, avoid making a noise in corridors and school premises.
- Eating or drinking in class, assembly, corridors, or in study areas is prohibited.
- No one is allowed to drink water, attend washroom and book shop just after assembly, in the first two periods, one period before and after the break.
- Refrain from bullying especially calling nick names report any instances of bullying immediately.
- Swearing, calling races and discrimination on basis of any disability must be reported to school behavior co-coordinator.
- Students shall not possess any prohibited item like possession or use of a razor, box cutter, chain, or any other object used in a way that threatens or inflicts bodily injury to other personnel.
- Students shall not bring spinners, cards, dice or other games of chance, this will lead to punishment. If a learner brings any of the items mentioned to school it would be confiscated and only returned at the end of the term. The school will also not accept responsibility should any of the items be lost or damaged at school.
- Defacing or damaging school property—including textbooks, technology and electronic resources, furniture, and other equipment—with graffiti or by other means is strictly prohibited, report any accident or breakage immediately to a member of staff.
- Take responsibility for their own possessions and belongings, ensuring that where possible, all are clearly marked with their name.
- Do not engage in inappropriate verbal, physical conduct directed toward another person, including a school teacher, student, employee including security personnel, class iv staff, or drivers.
- Recording or sending an image or sound without the permission of a member of staff and the people being recorded.
- Follow instructions given by all teachers, ministerial staff and College Prefects at all times, observe and adhere to all safety instructions given to them.
